Ever wonder why the work I'm a part of is called, Threads? Here's why.
Threads tie, bind, and weave things together. We as individuals are woven and bound together in our relationships with each other and with Christ. Threads emphasizes the desire for connection that young adults seek out — and often struggle to obtain.
The Threads imprint subtly conveys the message that our faith and our growing relationship with Christ should be woven throughout each area and experience of our lives. This idea speaks clearly to young adults because they don’t like to compartmentalize their lives.
We are all integral parts of the body of Christ knitted together. We are individuals meant to live and be woven together into community, but we must embrace our own identity in order to embrace who we are corporately. And to function in unity as the body of Christ.
Threads themselves are a product of refinement but are still in process. Individually they are things of beauty and works of creation, but it is only in coming together that they create a whole and finished piece.

Hey Jason -
Thanks for all you and Threads team are doing. Your hearts are turned toward a community I love dearly.
Keep it up.

I enjoy the lifeway sunday school book, Life Matters, but this quarter, the Bible verses were not printed, as usual.I am just wondering Why ?
You may not be the person I need to address about this, if not please forward this on..
It is not that we don't take our Bibles to church, or that we are lazy, but for some "older adults" they have trouble turning to the scripture with aching fingers and hands..THe scriptures for each lesson needs to be printed in the sunday school book..Thank you for your time..
